Siloe Youth Camp 2015

Siloé Youth Camp 2015 is over ( ended July 18) and we want to let you all know that we had a great time at a camp here in Bradenton Florida. An enthusiastic staff of Ten lead the 43 energetic campers through out the four days we were there.

Although it rained daily, the rain did not dampen our enthusiasm as we worshipped, played, and learned in the various rooms assigned to us. We were still able to enjoy ourselves in the on site pool, meet with God in the conference room and enjoy the lunch served to us in the cafeteria.

Camp was focused on the general theme, "You Are Valuable" and each day had its own respective teachings for each age group.

On Friday night the rain again prevented us from having an actual camp fire, but that did not stop our creative campers! We had a blast dancing eating and honoring our staff for a job well done while we were there. Pastor and other camp members took turns leading the group in their own improvised electric slides. Our own DJ's Jecolia Prudent and Keesha Jean, worked together to keep the atmosphere alive with popular upbeat gospel hits that blasted through the high definition speakers of our conference room.

Camp was more than a success this year, no words can express the wonderful experience everyone had. We hope to see you next year!
